What the heck?

What the heck am I doing? Anyone who knows me knows I am not a writer... I'm a talker. So what the heck am I doing starting a blog? I guess it's because I want somewhere to record old stories, talk about current things, post pictures of the family, document the changes around our suburban/urban farm and let people know more about me. I guess this is part of 2011's goal of 'putting myself out there more.' Could be pure narcissism too. Chances are pretty good there.

So, to my friends, family, friends I have not made yet and strangers... I am Holly McHugh and I have started a blog.
